Hunger Is Not An Emergency

𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗥𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦?⁣

Is it an issue for you as soon as you get hunger pangs?⁣

- Be more mindful about eating⁣
- ⁣Enjoy cooking at home⁣
- ⁣Buy foods that are fresh, colourful and nutritious

If you plan ahead, batch cook and freeze meals, buy local and have snacks on hand if really necessary - you'll survive!⁣

In fact you will find: ⁣

- you will go longer between meals⁣
- your blood sugar balance and insulin sensitivity will improve⁣
- your sugar/carb craving will diminish⁣
⁣- you will lose weight⁣ and gain energy
