Hello! I'm Sheila, the Founder of The Primal Zone.
I work with private clients, corporations, and NHS patients to empower them to take charge of their health and wellness, achieving positive lifestyle and behaviour changes that lead to increased energy, strength, confidence, clarity, and enjoyment of life.

My approach is all about coaching and encouraging accountability while helping my clients work towards overcoming common mental and physical health challenges such as aches and pains, excess weight, pre-diabetes concerns, depression, low libido, chronic inflammation, and other metabolic and autoimmune issues that result from today's sedentary and processed lifestyle.
I work to guide and encourage behaviour change when navigating challenges that are created by lifestyle transitions; bereavement, work change, retirement, divorce, relationship change, etc., which can bring uncertainty, lack of confidence and can also impact all of the above health concerns, habits and lifestyle. This is a safe space.
My Story: I personally struggled with body-wide inflammation for over 30 years, which impacted by mental and physical health on a daily basis. Despite visiting numerous consultants and taking a wide variety of medications over the years, I ended up having two serious operations that could potentially have been avoided.
In 2008 I decided to take things back to basics and overhaul my lifestyle, focusing on what I put in my body and how I move it. Within just 1-2 weeks of making these lifestyle changes, my energy levels improved, weight decreased, hunger reduced, sleep improved, and bloating disappeared. It was life-changing for me, and I've been passionate about this approach ever since.
