    As a certified and experienced health coach and NLP Practitioner, I specialise in helping you achieve greater levels of sustainable physical and mental wellbeing. I believe that every person has the capacity to create a healthy, fulfilling and meaningful life and that this potential can be enhanced through intentional, positive and informed lifestyle actions and choices.

  • As an experienced health coach specialising in a range of areas, including nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, I will provide you with the tools you need to improve your physical and mental health. I’m a health coach who has also been through this journey. I work with you to help you prioritise your health and wellbeing while still achieving your work/life goals. My approach combines practical guidance with emotional support – I am your cheerleader and accountability partner, helping you make lasting changes to improve your overall health and performance.

  • Aging brings a long list of physical and mental changes and challenges like reduced muscle and bone density, lowered libido, lack of sleep and reduced mental clarity, stress, and potential health issues like arthritis, gut, skin and joint problems and metabolic symptoms, for instance, T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease.

    These are "lifestyle diseases" which mostly are brought on by our own choices and can affect not only mental and physical health, but also confidence, relationships, and productivity.

  • I offer a free, no obligation discovery call, and, if we decide we’re a good fit for each other, this is followed by an onboarding session, which is vital for me to understand your habits, passions, challenges and goals to build a personal programme specifically for you.

    I offer various programmes. However, using the 3-month programme as an example, we typically would have 12 formal coaching sessions that are usually scheduled weekly and last around 60 minutes each.

  • With international clients and those further afield in the UK, most of my 121 coaching is conducted via video call. However, I’m always delighted to meet in person and have face to face sessions where possible.

  • Yes. You will have access to The Primal Zone 12 week online study course; our online app for tailored workout videos and daily accountability; The Primal Zone cookbook and other recipes; availability/contact via Whatsapp outside of formal coaching sessions.

  • I work with my clients to create clear targets and hold you accountable for achieving them by helping you stay on track and motivating you to make progress towards your goals.

    My pragmatic, sensitive, listening and accountability based approach, along with our agreeing achievable shared goals, have helped my clients achieve real and sustainable results. Our mutual accountability relationship ensures regular updates and checkins, with flexibility to update goals as recognition of achievements kicks in.

  • Investing in your own health and wellness will ensure that you have sustainable steps in place to implement positive lifestyle change. I expect my clients to show commitment, enthusiasm, honesty, openness and flexibility. It’s what I’ll do in return, as your journey is about shared success.

  • Personal 121 coaching: I have and am working with both men and women on with ages ranging from 36 to 82 years. The majority are struggling with the outcome of their poor lifestyle choices and, although weight seems to be a common factor, it pales when strength, energy, flexibility, improved gut health, reduced blood pressure, improved blood markers and increased mental clarity, plus strategies for better sleep and stress management come into play.

    Workshops/teams/corporates: I offer and deliver workshops that can be tailored or combined to meet the desired outcomes for your team and your business. I have delivered to groups ranging from 5 to 80 attendees for charities, committees, networks and companies – each time the content is bespoke for the audience requirements.

    T2 diabetes workshops: As part of my role as an ambassador for the Public Health Collaboration, I deliver 8 week (1 evening per week) workshops on making better food and other positive lifestyle choices for patients with pre and T2 diabetes concerns that are referred by their doctors. Have co-delivered these to 3 tranches of patients (over 100 patients by May 2023) with incredible and recordable results. Ongoing.

    NHS patients: as an NHS Health Coach, I work with patients referred by their doctors for health coaching specific to their mental and physical wellness challenges.

  • I provide a safe and confidential space for you to share your vulnerabilities and talk about the things that are difficult for you to discuss with others, making you feel heard, understood, and supported. I provide the same patient confidentiality you would expect from your doctor or other healthcare professional. The Primal Zone has its own Privacy Policy which complies with Data Protection Act (DPA 1998) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018).

  • I am an accredited Primal Health Coach, an accredited Primal Fitness Expert, and a qualified NLP Practitioner and professional member of the Association of NLP (ANLP)

    I belong to the UK&IHCA UK (UK and International Health Coaches Association) which ensures coaching members are practicing to robust professional standards and working within a defined scope of practice.

    I am accredited in ‘Alcohol assessment and brief intervention’.
